i’ve tried a LOT of stuff + figured it might help if we start a product list that folks can add to?? this could be like our own little masterlist to research + compare

here’s what i’ve personally tried:

  • boric acid suppositories (worked sometimes, not always)

  • balance activ gel (helped w smell, didn’t stop recurrence)

  • fluomizin (better for BV than YI imo)

  • biocare intrafresh (temporary relief, not a long-term fix for me)

  • oral probiotics w/ l. reuteri + l. crispatus strains

  • vitamins: D, C, zinc, garlic caps, cranberry, oregano oil

  • meds: metronidazole, fluconazole, clindamycin

please add anything YOU’VE used that helped (or didn’t)!! doesn’t have to be “official” either. if it worked, I wanna know. 🫶
